Bhavna Sharma joins School of Inspired Leadership as Executive Vice-President

Gurgaon, April 1st , 2016 – The School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), Gurgaon has roped in Bhavna Sharma to lead its Consulting and Executive Education division. She joins as Executive Vice president, and will grow SOIL’s Consulting and Executive Education (CEE) division which is an offshoot of Grow Talent Company in the space of Talent Appreciation, Leadership Development, Organization Transformation and Happy workplace Practice.

Commenting on her appointment, Bhavna says, “The HR consulting space has seen tremendous growth and transformation over the years. Bhavna has around 2 decades experience in leading all HR verticals across generalist and specialist profiles in the areas of business partnering for profit centres, key talent retention strategy, talent management, productivity improvement, HR change management, organization design and development. She is passionate towards Project Management approach to Leadership development and Organisation performance improvement. She led several business transformation and excellence initiatives for achieving significant competitive advantage for organizations by building optimization structures with minimum cost. Bhavna being an Hand’s on Leader has specialized in Goal Setting planning and facilitations like driving MBO’s (Management by Objectives)/Balance Score card/ KPI’s across all functions and levels to meet Strategic goals by tracking mission critical for Business Leaders through systematic review and coaching mechanisms.

Bhavna has also worked extensively worked on driving Company’s sustainability goals both with respect to People and Environment and has been associated with several prestigious NGO’s and Government Agencies. She holds Master’s Degree from prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
