YWC will support YOUWECAN Foundation to empower cancer patients and survivors
Bangalore, October 13, 2016: Myntra announces the launch of cricketer Yuvraj Singh’s premium fashion label, YWC on its platform. The new label blends futuristic designs with a sporty style, underlining Yuvraj’s signature style statement. Apart from YWC’s official website, the products of the sports lifestyle brand will be available online exclusively on Myntra.
Built around the ethos of live, dare and inspire, the brand is rooted in Yuvraj’s personal journey with YouWeCan – an NGO that he set up for cancer patients and survivors. The royalties from the sale products will go to the NGO with the objective of making it self-sustaining.
YWC will be available in two distinct product lines – (i) The Gold Line, and (ii) The Core Line. The Gold Line features a range designed and curated by celebrated designers, Shantanu & Nikhil. The Core Line has been conceptualized around the lifestyle of an active go-getter and seamlessly integrates every day comfort and an athletic lifestyle with trendy fashion. The above range is now available on Myntra from a price point starting from Rs. 1,199 up to Rs. 4,400.
The range will be manufactured by ‘Suditi Industries, who hold the distribution rights for YWC and have partnered with Myntra for exclusive online retail distribution. The collection comprises of fashionable multitudes for men, women and kids of age 4 to 14 years. Suditi Industries is known to be an integrated set-up for knitwear solutions and has acquired rights for brands like FC Barcelona, Manchester City FC, MTV and many more.
