Receives the FINNOVITI Award 2018 for innovation on Blockchain for Supply Chain Financing & YES Engage, YES BANK’s Chatbot Application for Salesforce Productivity
Mumbai, February 14, 2018: YES BANK, India’s fourth largest private sector Bank, was awarded the prestigious FINNOVITI Award 2018 for Innovation at the International Banking Expo 2018 held in Mumbai. YES BANK received this award for its pioneering innovation on Blockchain to provide an enhanced Supply chain Financing experience to its clients and for enabling productivity in Salesforce through the YES ENGAGE chatbot application.
The Expo hosted by the Banking Frontiers magazine recognizes and rewards innovations in the BFSI Sector. This is for the second time that YES BANK is winning the Finnoviti Award for initiating technological advances in the Banking Industry.
YES BANK was one of the select companies to have been awarded by Banking Frontiers from over 100 nominations received across the BFSI Sector. The jury committee for the award comprised of top CEOs and Financial experts in the BFSI category, and the entire nomination process and selection of winners was supervised and verified by Deloitte India.

YES BANK was the first Bank in India to successfully implement innovation in Supply Chain Finance using Blockchain and API Banking. YES BANK collaborated with IBM to use their Hyperledger fabric and uses a Smart Contract designed and coded by Cateina Technologies, started by graduates from IIT.
YES ENGAGE is a Chatbot based platform for employee engagement and productivity management, developed to help YES BANK sales teams plan and update visits done by them through a completely mobile tool. This transparent sales monitoring process makes it easier for the frontline workforce to plan their day-to-day activities. Customer facing sales team members are now able to save multiple man hours every day through ‘Real Time Call Reporting’. The YES ENGAGE bot also helps updating leads in real time through this mobile CHAT BOT based platform, leading to enhanced productivity.
