VivaConnect sweeps 2 Golds for Creativity and Promotion at ACEF Awards 2015

vivaconnect_logo26th April, Mumbai: VivaConnect, a Mobile Media Company with the largest infrastructure for Voice and Missed Call services in India, won 2 Golds in the ‘Mobile Marketing’ category, at the ACEF Awards 2015. Their campaign, Bolt – 1 Minute Voice Race Challenge, was judged as the best campaign, under the ‘Creativity’ and ‘Promotion’ sub-section. The awards took place at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on 25th April.


On winning the Award, Mr. Pranab Basu, VP – Sales and Operations, VivaConnect was delighted and expressed his views about their campaign, “Bolt from Tata motors campaign was designed in a creative manner, which not only emphasized on delivering the Brand Message, but also on creating an unique customer experience.The solution format which we devised for the campaign is highly flexible, which could be utilized by any industry, be it Automobile, FMCG, FMCD, Insurance or Ecommerce. The hassle free execution of the campaign and high customer engagement also validates our capability of delivering the solutions in an efficient manner.”

Bolt – 1 Minute Voice Race Challenge, was a ‘Voice Call’ based game for BOLT from TATA Motors, exclusively on mobile. It was a creative pre-launch campaign which highlighted Bolt‘s multi-drive feature intelligently through a gamified format. The game utilized DTMF inputs (Mobile Keypad) as a medium to play the game. It also increased Brand Recall Value of the campaign for main print and other launch mediums. There was a substantial increase in test-drive enquiries after the campaign. The fact that it got viral by word of mouth publicity, also contributed to an extent, for the accolades it received.

The 4th Asian Customer Engagement Forum and Awards saw over 326 entries / campaigns from various eminent agencies, registered for the awards, and winning golds in both the categories where VivaConnect registered, would surely have made the team proud.
