Ulrich Lehner to reduce number of directorships

Prof. Dr. Ulrich Lehner, who will take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG from April 01, 2013, has decided to resign from a total of three directorships to concentrate on his duties at ThyssenKrupp.

Effective March 31, 2013 Prof. Lehner will step down as member of the supervisory board of Henkel Management AG. In addition he will resign from his seat on the advisory board of Dr. August Oetker KG and his supervisory board directorship with Porsche Automobil Holding SE as part of an orderly succession process.
