The campaign will help us provide education support to more Nanhi Kalis across India who will receive not only academic support but also material support in the form of school bags, uniforms, books, shoes and hygiene material.”

“We are very excited to collaborate with Nanhi Kali to help educate more and more girls. Educating girl child has tremendous multiplying benefits for not just the individual but also for the families, communities and societies, at large. We hope to do our bit in order to help bring quality education to as many girls as we can through this campaign.” said an Uber Spokesperson.

To raise awareness for Nanhi Kali, Uber will also launch a social media campaign #RideForEducation that will capture the  stories of  proud driver partners recounting how education and  support has changed the lives of their daughters.
