ThyssenKrupp Elevator strengthens its position in North America

ThyssenKrupp Elevator has acquired all assets of Cleveland, Ohio-based Edmonds Elevator, Inc. The US company, founded in 1875, provides elevator maintenance, repair and modernization services.

ThyssenKrupp Elevator has been pressing ahead with acquisitions of established small and medium-size elevator companies in the USA for several years – including United Elevator Company in Philadelphia and General Elevator in Orlando – to support ThyssenKrupp’s strategic development and expand its technology business.
