Thapar University ranked among Asia’s best by The QS Asia University Rankings 2018

Thapar University has been ranked at 210th position among 400 institutions from 17 countries. The rankings were compiled by Quacquarelli Symonds, which accesses universities on different indicators like academic and employer reputation, research publications and citations, faculty with PhD and faculty student ratio and the proportion of inbound and outbound exchange students at the university.

In India, Thapar University is at 19th position among 35 Indian institutions.  Thapar University has been ranked 5th amongst the private universities in the country. Recently, Thapar University was also ranked by the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Ranking 2018.
