Sufiaana by Cherish dishes out sumptuous menu for Navratri

October 13, 2015, New Delhi: Sufiaana by Cherish  is going all out to to cater to the special food requirements of those celebrating the festival of Navratri. Restaurant has modified their menus to suit the special dietary requirements of patrons, who choose to eschew certain food items during the period of the festival.

“Navratraas are time of celebration and vibrancy. We want to celebrate this holy period with our customers and serve them in the best possible manner. Therefore, we have decided to go by the dietary requirements of the holy period.Keeping the religious belief in mind, there will be no use of any non vegetarian item in our kitchen in any form during the festive period. Food without onion and garlic shall also be served on request. People get conscious that even if they are ordering something vegetarian, somebody might touch their dish with another table spoon or similar “said Mr. Naveen Sachdeva – Director, Sufiaana by Cherish.

Sufiaana plans to serve sumptuous delicacies with new spread of dishes so that one doesn’t lose out on taste and flavors even if they are avoiding usual menu items.  Dishes like rose kheer, potato sticks, dry fruit chat adore the navratri special menu.
