Mumbai, March 1, 2016: One of the most expensive James Bond movie ‘Spectre’ (The 24th film in the franchise) is out on Blu-ray and DVD in India. Excel Home Videos, the leading home entertainment company in association with 20th Century Fox Entertainment has released the movie on home video.

With 24 films till date (including Spectre), Bond movies are the longest running successful movie franchise. This is Daniel Craig’s first acting role in the last three years (last film was Skyfall). SPECTRE dominated the worldwide box-officemaking it one of the most successful Bond movies ever, shattering records in nearly every market it was released, led by a historic performance in the UK. The movie did extremely well in Indian box-office ending as one of highest grossing Hollywood movies in 2015. It also holds a record for the highest opening weekend for a Bond film in India.

A cryptic message from the past leads James Bond (Daniel Craig) to Mexico City and Rome, where he meets the beautiful widow (Monica Bellucci) of an infamous criminal. After infiltrating a secret meeting, Bond uncovers the existence of the sinister organization – SPECTRE. Needing the help of the daughter (Léa Seydoux) of an old nemesis, he embarks on a mission to find her. As Bond ventures toward the heart of SPECTRE, he discovers a chilling connection between himself and the enemy (Christoph Waltz) he seeks.

The special features on DVD include video blogs of Director Sam Mendes, Bond’s Supercars, introduction of Léa Seydoux and Monica Bellucci, action sequences, music and the Guinness World Record for the largest film stunt explosion in the history of cinema. In Blu-Ray, the movie buffs can experience the go-behind scenes Bond’s biggest opening sequence filmed in Mexico City.

Spectre is available on DVD at Rs. 599 & Blu-Ray at Rs. 999 at all leading stores across the country. It is also available in four different languages – English, Hindi, and Tamil & Telugu in 5.1 Surround Sound (DVD) & in 7.1 Surround Sound (Blu-Ray).
