With over 12 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Sheetal has a clear mind on strong shoulders, ready to take on whatever challenge comes her way.

 

With enriched experience having been associated with Zuri, Le Meridien and the Oberoi’s earlier, Sheetal comes with excellent market knowledge, account specific city and hotel potential and possesses a focused approach at work. Her key expertise lies in developing and implementing sales strategies in sync with market conditions.

 

Sheetal strongly believes in taking an extra step and giving her best to go beyond the set goal.  She was associated with Sheraton Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway since pre-opening as the Director of Sales, post which she went on to gain cross-exposure in Operations as the Director of Rooms in Westin Gurgaon.

 

With a multi-faceted approach of open mindedness, transparency and an experienced leadership style, she helps her team to share their thoughts, feel important and celebrate success as a team. Speaking from a Team parlance, her primary focus is to keep the team motivated and keep them from getting bogged down by the pressures and stress that accompanies a career in Sales & Marketing.
