New Delhi, March 10, 2017: In a major development, Ramesh Kaushik, Director Marketing at Lixil Water Technology India [Grohe & American Standard], the leading provider of sanitaryware, has announced his exit from the company in pursuit of further business challenges. Ramesh’s departure marks the end of a highly-successful 4.5 year stint at GROHE, which saw him conceptualize and implement several innovative and effective marketing & business strategies to facilitate growth and firmly establish the brand’s leadership in India and the Indian subcontinent. He is poised to join fashion retailing industry next.

A veteran with extensive industry experience in both B2C and B2B segments, Ramesh started his career with an ad agency in client servicing. In a career of over 15 years in diverse industry verticals such as media, telecom, sports lifestyle, and luxury durables, he has held primary and shared responsibilities for several key business functions. This includes new business, channel management, brand and marketing communications, product management, e-commerce, digital marketing, strategy and alliances, client management, market research and analysis, and customer service and CRM as well as loyalty programs.

Prior to GROHE, Ramesh has worked with industry leaders like Future Group, Vodafone, and Indorama Industries in sales and marketing functions. He has an exceptional grasp of new-age media management skills, and has augmented consumer touch points and executed fragmented customer segments strategies for the brands he has been associated with.
