Quintiq welcomes Kim Rhodes as General Counsel

Radnor, PA, United States, March 6, 2013 — Quintiq, a global leader in supply chain planning and optimization (SCP&O) software, today announced the appointment of Kim Rhodes as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of the Company. Rhodes previously served as Senior Vice President Strategic Initiatives, General Counsel, and Secretary for Fiberlink Communications. Prior to this, she held similar roles with Citigroup subsidiary Citi Prepaid, formerly Ecount, and Primavera Software, now Oracle.

As Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Quintiq, Rhodes is responsible for all legal affairs for the Company globally.

Rhodes’ professional experience includes complex negotiations, M&A, corporate governance, technology, financial services, intellectual property, and litigation management. Her career highlights include serving as Senior Counsel at IBM for four years and Senior Corporate Counsel at SAP for two years. Rhodes also served as Chief Strategy Officer to the Health and Wellness Division of Walgreens for three years. She will be based out of Quintiq’s US headquarters in Radnor, PA.
