The event brought together global clients, prospects, consultants, and analysts under one roof, for an evening of practical debates, keynotes, customer success stories, and thought leadership panels.

While delivering the keynote address, Ross McLean, Leader of Digital and Customer Transformation Practice MENA, EY shared some startling facts on the adoption trends of digital technology across various consumer segments and geographies. “Interestingly, it is actually the emerging markets and the mid-aged consumers that are driving digital transformation globally”, he said.
Paramjit Arora, Deputy Head of Enterprise Management Office, Bank Dhofar, after receiving the coveted WFMC Award from Mr. Diwakar Nigam, said in his address, “Our journey with Newgen started in 2010 and till date we have automated 13 processes. With Newgen, we have optimized costs and increased process efficiency with a tangible difference in processing speed.”
