In his role as the new CEO of, Arjun’s primary focus will be the growth of the company in India, Sri Lanka and UAE. The other focus areas will include launching new products in the already existing categories to increase the amount of “repeat buying” and transactions.

As the Chief Financial Officer of the company, he officially headed finance and sales, and was involved in overall strategizing and ideating. Prior to working with, Arjun was a Director at Capital Fusion Partners, where he focused on credit investments, and raising capital. From 2001-2008, he worked at Capital One Bank where he managed a $6 billion credit investments portfolio, which beat its benchmarks every year. His earlier roles at Capital One included raising in excess of 30 billion USD in asset backed markets; credit card/auto loans risk modeling, financial strategy, and supporting the strategic investments/venture capital team’s investments. Prior to Capital One, Arjun co-founded a South Asia centric financial services business, which was nominated by McKinsey as the top Indian business start-up. From 1993 to 1997, Arjun was Director, BAPL, an engineering consulting, and infrastructure/real estate development and construction management firm.

Under Anisha’s leadership, has grown out its business to cover merchants in over 200 cities in India and UAE. After a stint of 9 years with the company, Anisha has taken the decision to step down from to pursue her long-term passion to mentor and help other women entrepreneurs establish and grow their businesses.
