Through hypnotic regressions Adrian and Co-author Valerie Franich has tried to offer a glimpse into the life of young bombshell Jean Harlow (who is Valerie Franich), as she makes her way to Hollywood and falls in love with the older Bern and becomes the innocent prey of MGM boss Louis Mayer who fixed the evidence to make her beloved husband’s death look like a suicide. Jean Harlow comes back reincarnated to reclaim her husband’s good name. The story is full of twist and turns. In the book Adrian Finkelstein is identified as the incarnation of Paul Bern, Jean Harlow’s husband, a MGM writer and director in Hollywood who was murdered by ex-wife Dorothy Millette a year after Bern’s marriage with Jean Harlow.
