Montegrappa’s Boutique-On-The-Fly

Our favourite annual “pop-up” event, Montegrappa’s in-show “boutique” played host to a record number of visitors at BaselWorld 2015, which took place in Switzerland between March 19 to March 26.

This extremely successful show saw an increase in attendance, with customers from over 60 countries visiting our stand, designed to convey the atmosphere of our store-in-store premises. The guests confirmed further consolidation of existing European markets, as well as demonstrating a growing interest for Montegrappa product ranges in the Far East. Moreover, we are proud to announce that our first trimester is closing with a double-digit growth index in sales.

Other premiers at BaselWorld included our new ranges of leather goods, wristwatches and scents, and a tempting selection of limited edition pens including Quincy Jones Secret Garden, the Sophia Loren pens in the “Icons” range, the exciting and innovative high-tech Q1, and the gorgeous pen honouring Grappa, the drink local to Bassano. Visitors also had the first viewing of the elegant new Bugatti pen family.

Indicative of Montegrappa’s plans for expansion, also exemplified by the buzzing atmosphere surrounding our stand, is wonderful news for pen enthusiasts in the Middle East: in April, Montegrappa boutique openings are scheduled for Mumbai and New Delhi in India, and Teheran in Iran.
