Expanding its international horizons, Pune-based medical records management and tele-medicine platform, LiveHealth is now live for patients from Southeast Asia and Middle East regions.  The game-changing online medical records platform has set its base in Malaysia and Dubai to become the first product-based company venturing out into the global markets to provide end-to-end healthcare solutions.

LiveHealth expands its services in Malaysia to ‘Northern labs’  with 10 centers and in Dubai to ‘Total lab care’ with 14 centers, to start with. The firm has aggressive plans to expand rapidly in the international markets.

Founded in 2013, LiveHealth is an experience-driven input system which aims at changing the approach to healthcare by providing life-long storage for your medical records, a list of medical practitioners to search from and interact with the one suitable besides offering health packages. The platform also caters to healthcare providers devoid of technical knowledge, by helping them manage their diagnostic center, automate processes, visualize & analyze finances and connect better with their customer. Healthcare providers can integrate the SaaS (Software as a Service) model of LiveHealth into their systems at an affordable range between Rs. 999 and Rs 10000 per month, depending on the complexity of the offering and the number of centers they own.

Commenting on this progressive market expansion, Abhimanyu Bhosale, the Co-Founder, and CEO of LiveHealth said, “We have headed towards the international market sensing the opportunity of receiving mass adoption. As a result, we are looking to offer scalable solutions on the global front following the same Indian standards across the world and vice-versa. By going international, we want to share medical records across countries and enable a more easy way to get opinions and teleconsultation around the globe. We are already working on sorting out the legalities for operating in a few other countries at present.”

With an intention to make the interactions between doctors and patients from Indian and other international countries faster and easier, LiveHealth is also providing multi-lingual support for the patient’s communication. By further spreading out its base in other international markets of South America and Australia in the next few months, LiveHealth ultimately envisions emerging as a trusted brand in healthcare across global geographical boundaries, enabling access to best quality, affordable and scalable healthcare solutions.
