Homepage Revamp–Maintaining just the core elements, Magicbricks has taken a big risk with the new Homepage. It now highlights the core-functionality of “SEARCH” in an elemental 3-column format – displaying only the most relevant content to the user.
The main purpose of this redesign is to highlight and focus the attention of the user to what he’s there for – to “Search” and access the core offerings of Posts, Deals, Luxury, Advice and New Projects are upfront, clear and in focus. This is done to draw more visits from the users and in turn more responses.

Single Search Form –With insights gained through feedback and user behavior studies – the separateCommercial Section has also been removed and Residential, Agricultural and Commercial search is now accessible through the headlined single search form where all options, including Commercial Search, are provided through the property type selection.
Comprehensive Search Results –makes the property stand out and giving it a higher chance of being clicked and contacted. Pictures, videos & more information such as possession date, construction and furnished status, etc. are now shown directly on the Search Results page.
New Refine filters and Sort Fields such as, Rate per Sq. ft., Project / Society filter, Images & Video filter have been introduced on the page to make selecting a property easier and quicker for the user.
Posting Requirements has completely integrated in the new magicbricks and has never been easier –‘Auto-create from Search’ feature is highlighted with fields having been reduced & refined to increase the possibility of conversion from a search to a listing.
Apart from these major changes, several less-visible modifications have been undertaken across the website such as the click-to-enlarge pictures, new amenities icons and city special pages.
