What the Indian Industry wants from the New Year- Anuj Puri, Chairman & Country Head, JLL India responds:

JLL_corporate_logoQ1. What is the one thing that you wish for the benefit of your industry segment?

Indian real estate needs to see the Real Estate Regulatory Authority Bill (RERA) implemented in 2015. The sector is suffering from a lack of transparency, and this Bill can bring it about – if not single-handedly, then at least to a very notable extent.

Q2. What will be the most important thing that you would like to achieve in 2015?

In 2015, would like to make JLL India the leading International Property Consultancy on the gender diversity front. I will ensure that hiring women is a major focus area for the Firm from the fresher level up to the senior leadership level.

Q3. What is your message to our readers for the year ahead?

Continue to believe in this amazing country of ours, because the best is yet to come. And invest in real estate
