Hires 350 customer support professionals since July, 2017
Indore, September 12, 2017: Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) (Listed on NSE & BSE, India), today announced that it has strengthened its presence in Indore by setting up a second delivery center here. The new facility, with 45,500 sq. ft. of space and a capacity of 700 seats, is dedicated to provide high quality customer experience for an ecommerce giant and its end-consumers. HGS has hired about 350 customer support professionals for the new center since July, 2017 and is expected to be 800+ by end-2017.

HGS entered Indore in September, 2015. Since then, the Company has grown significantly to become one of the largest BPM companies in Madhya Pradesh’s commercial capital. While the center at Race Course Road will continue to serve the company’s telecom client base with 3,100+ employees, HGS’ second center in Vijay Nagar will cater to increased business demand. Indore is currently HGS’ second largest delivery location in India.

Indore has a huge talent base with thousands of graduates passing out of over 65 colleges per annum and more than 14,000 people already employed in BPM companies in the city. HGS is looking at hiring Hindi and English-speaking under-graduates and graduates from the city and nearby towns.
