Mozilla will provide operating system (OS), development guides and OS upgrades and maintenance, while Foxconn will provide its expertise in developing hardware platforms.
With Foxconn’s high-quality and inexpensive tablets and Mozilla’s broadly available software Firefox OS, the product could become one among the top players in tablet market, especially in developing countries.
