Manish Singh, director, DFHPL & partner at Dilligate delux restaurant has bring in his legacy in food business from Balwant Singh Eating House and Dhanoa Foods at Dilligate that will serve a myriad collection of culinary traditions from Kolkata. The cuisine will cover specialities dating back to the Mughals and also the flavours of Delhi’s Tawa, Karai and the Tandoor.
