Food Consultant Manish Singh spins his magic charm at Dilligate Delux Restaurant

26th March, Kolkata: Manish Singh, Director Dhanoa Food & Hospitality Private Ltd. (DFHPL) and Mukesh Agarwal director Rajami Retail pvt Ltd, proudly announce joint venture of “Dilli Gate Delux Restaurant”, a budget restaurant at Kolkata. Manish Singh, director, DFHPL & partner at  Dilligate delux restaurant has bring in his legacy in food business from Balwant Singh Eating House and Dhanoa Foods at Dilligate that will serve a myriad collection of culinary traditions from Kolkata. The cuisine will cover specialities dating back to the Mughals and also the flavours of Delhi’s Tawa, Karai and the Tandoor.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Manish Singh said “Dilligate is the budget restaurant to serve celebrated food from Kolkata and the Delhi Gate region. It will bring the diners flavors and aroma that is one of its kind for food connoisseurs the best loved and popular dishes of the city. It aims to be a restaurant that serves quality food to the footloose, mavericks on fast track. ” Signature dishes at Dilli -Gate comprise Sarsowalli Machhi, Chilly Chicken, Chicken stroganoff, Mughlai Patatha, Cheese Spinach roll to name a few.

Manish Singh also said that, “We are serving celebrated food of Kolkata and the Delhi Gate under one roof.” Rolls will be a meal by itself and be available in different forms and filling such as paneer, aloo, chicken and mutton. We are also serving Dilligate special Mughali paratha that will be one of its kinds in taste and the filling.

Food from North West Frontier servings will be from the Mughals kitchens and undivided Punjab. This food being very popular across India is loved by all.
