FIRSTSOURCE WINS “OUTSOURCER OF THE YEAR” IN THE EUROPEAN CALL CENTRE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS 2012

These are the BPO Industry “Oscars” and the most prestigious industry awards a company could win as a business in Europe. This prestigious award was presented to Firstsource at the gala awards dinner that took place at the Hilton Park Lane, London early this month.

The award category this year received a record number of entries and competition was fierce. Companies were shortlisted based on their ability to demonstrate:

While awarding Firstsource as the “Outsourcer of the Year” the judging panel pointed out that, “From a very strong field of entrants, Firstsource stood out by clearly demonstrating value over and above the service they were contracted to deliver – and the way it genuinely engaged with both employees and clients.”
