UAE, November 8, 2015 – Falconcity of Wonders LLC, the developer of the Falconcity of Wonders (FCW), a multipurpose mega project being built in Dubai, reported that a huge footfall of visitors stopped by its stand during the Dubai Property Show (DPS) which was concluded today (November 8, 2015) at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, India. Indian investors showed a keen interest in the numerous business opportunities available at FCW, where Indians continued to be the dominant investing group in the project.

The high profile visitors who visited FCW’s stand included Malaika Arora Khan, the famous Bollywood celebrity and Ahmad Bin Harib Al Falahi, UAE Commercial and Trade Attaché to India. Visitors and investors expressed overwhelming interest in FCW because of its unique theme and unsurpassed lifestyle. They were particularly impressed by Taj Arabia, which is inspired by the monumental Taj Mahal — a mausoleum in the Indian city of Agra that is internationally renowned as a ‘symbol of love.’ This luxurious hotel will offer extravagant hotel apartments and vast wedding halls featuring facilities and hospitality services that follow the best international standards.

India is home to a huge number of multi-millionaires and has more billionaires than France, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Hong Kong. It was thus an ideal venue for enticing foreign investments to Dubai’s rich and diverse real estate offerings. Indian nationals invested the most in Dubai properties for the first half of this year, with many being interested in the ‘World in a City’ theme of FCW.

Alharith Bin Salem Almoosa, Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager, Falconcity of Wonders LLC, said: “Prior to coming to India we already knew that FCW had been enjoying a strong word-of-mouth among investors here and that our development definitely had the potential to be one of Dubai Property Show – Mumbai’s main attractions. The remarkable interest in FCW among Indian investors confirms their trust in our project and reflects Dubai’s enduring status as a preferred real estate investment destination.”

“Indian investors were concerned about a number of matters; entailing property registration and customer service to which we informed them about the ease in the process of purchasing and registering a property. Under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, functioning of the customer service departments have become more efficient with the introduction of a star rating system for all government departments. We are upbeat that FCW will continue to attract investors’ and end-users’ attention from India because of its singular appeal and theme,” concluded Almoosa.

Occupying more than 41 million square feet, Falconcity of Wonders is a sprawling residential, tourist, entertainment and recreational complex shaped in the form of a Falcon, emblem of the UAE. The mega development embraces the cultures of the world with its contemporary and unique structures that are inspired by the “Wonders of the World” – including the Leaning Tower of Dubai, the Dueiffel Tower Dubai, the Pyramids and the Dubai Hanging Gardens of Babylon to name a few.

Villas inspired by international architectural themes will form part of Falconcity of Wonders’ over 5,500 residential apartments and villas of various designs, locations and sizes. Commercial centers, ‘Falcon Fun City,’ family centers, sports facilities and schools are also included in the project’s master plan.
