Eva Schröder is appointed KraussMaffei’s new Press Officer

(Munich, October 2, 2013) KraussMaffei has appointed Eva Schröder (36) as its new Press Officer with effect from October 1, 2013. In this capacity she will act as a liaison in all matters related to the Injection Molding, Automation and Reaction Process Machinery Divisions. She succeeds Markus Betsche, who had previously taken up a position of responsibility within the company during the summer.

Highly skilled journalist with affinity for mechanical engineering
After studying German philology, political science and art history at the universities of Regensburg, Cologne and Bern, Schröder began her career in Corporate Communications at Henkel KGaA, Düsseldorf. From 2005 she reported on business issues in sectors including the metal and electrical industry in her capacity as editor and interim office manager in Munich for a national business newspaper.
“I look forward to an intensive dialog with journalists from the media and the partners of the versatile KraussMaffei brand,” says Schröder. The opportunity will be provided at the K 2013 trade show in Düsseldorf from October 16 to 23, 2013.
