LIVE KITCHEN

At the live-demo counter, the chilly air yearns for some of the finest beverages available combined withsome delicious comfort food. One can sip on some Peppermint mocha, an Apple cider, a Kashmiri kahwaor aHotchocolate and can choose to top it off with some marshmellows, whipped cream, cinnamon or some coffee powder; however you would like it to be! If you are a light meal person, Foodhall welcomes you to try out their delicious wintery recipes like the Silken tofu and Water chestnut khowsuey, Wild mushroom and barley broth, the Sweet potato and Carrot gratin or the Winter vegetable stew. Trust us, you will love it all!

Taking one’s experience to a whole new different level, Foodhall has addedmarinated and grilled fruits such as pineapples, apples, guavas, peachestoits barbeque segment. In addition, they are also serving pre-marinated cut fruits to the menu to highlight a new way of celebrating fruits this season.Also, their Waffle Station is not going anywhere this season as it continues to offer some fresh waffles topped with winter strawberries and Nutella!

Soups are a remedy for the soul in this cold climate. Lip-smacking soups such asTomato and basil consomme, Zucchini &bell pepper soup, Black bean gumbo, Chicken mulligatawny soup and Seafood bisqueare being carefully brewed to spread warmth and joy.

BOMBAY FESTIVAL

Hot meals in a bowl are everyone’s favourite and Foodhall looks to tantalise taste buds with their Bombay Festival Counter this month. Loads of veggies and meat,all combined in one compact, delicious dish will be available.You can pile them high with whole grains, fresh greens, noodles, lean meats, tofu, fresh herbs, and maybe an egg on the top! Foodhall is set to introduce a weekly special of a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian meal in a bowl such as the Malayan laksa with noodles, Kung paotofu orchicken withvegetableslo mein, Roasted vegetables/ Smoked chicken burrito bowls and the Deconstructed falafel/ chicken rice Bowl.

BAKERY & PATISSERIE

The bakery section has two new additions –Basil Tandoori roti and Olive and garlic naan. Team these up with butter chicken or dal makhani, and indulge in some scrumptious delights minus the calories.Inthe patisserie section, there are new introductions such as the Bread and butter pudding, Apple strudeland Chocolate fondantwithstrawberries.The store also hasother offerings such asthe Fresh strawberry tart and Chocolate covered strawberries.

FMCG

Keeping the hot favourites intact, winter jams such as the Chestnut Preserve, mulberry preserves and orange marmaladesarealso available in the FMCG section along with fondue packs and raclette cheeses. For traditionalists, honey and chyawanprash, almonds, walnuts, pine nuts, sesame seeds, cashews and flax seeds, all of which are high on nutrition and health, are available to keep you warm and energetic throughout the season. If you liked their offerings at the Demo Counter, we encourage you to try out the recipes with the Green and Red Thai Curry paste and the KhowSuey paste from their FMCG counter.
