Caliper deepens partnership with SOIL, launches India-focused strategy

soillogoGurgaon, March 31, 2015 – The School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), hosted Mr. Patrick Farrell, MD of Caliper Human Strategies (Australia) Pty Ltd, a part of the global human resource consulting company, Caliper Corporation. SOIL is the Principal Agent of Caliper in India.

The Caliper Profile is a powerful and in-depth psychometric assessment tool used by more than 30,000 companies world-wide. During his visit he also conducted an accreditation program for practitioners to become certified Caliper assessors. The workshop engaged the interest of top leaders from the industry, including Jyoti Nair from Birla SunLife, and Daya Sajnani from Shapoorji Pallonji.

Speaking to a group of senior practitioners, Mr. Farrell announced Caliper’s ‘next generation’ suite of assessment tools, which will be released in India simultaneously with US, Europe, Australia and the rest of Asia.

 

As part of the upgraded on-line portal, partners will have access to a powerful Analytics tool, which will give instantaneous access to all Caliper data such as trait scores, behaviour scores, job family scores and even a team analysis scores. Reports can be selected at point of origin to cover a wide range of roles – Sales, Management, Service, Technical or Administration in either a Selection format or Development format.
