Bridge & Roof Co. (India) Ltd. (B&R) has received an order from the Govt. of Uttarakhand for Construction of Suspension Pedestrian Bridge in Chamoli, Uttarakhand. The earlier bridge had been washed away during the recent floods and was the sole link to Hemkund Sahib and Valley of Flowers. The new bridge will be located at the junction of Laxman Ganga and Alakananda rivers at an altitude of 3000m. The above order had been issued on nomination basis based on the expertise developed by the Company and its unique strength in terms of the team of highly qualified and experienced professionals and fleet of latest construction equipment possessed by the Company.
