In accordance with the terms of the share sale facility announced on 27 September 2012, BlueScope Steel Limited advises that it has sold a total of 21,982,661 shares for 46,387 participating shareholders with the volume weighted average price of shares sold in the facility being $0.4866 per share.
Proceeds from the sale of shares are expected to be remitted to participating shareholders on 6 December 2012 using the payment method recorded for the holding. Transaction Confirmation Statements will also be mailed at that time.
