To keep the accomplishments moving forward, the company has planned for an investment of a total of Rs. 740 crores approx. over the next three years in the region of Gurgaon. The company has acquired a total land of approx. 20 acres in Sectors 107 & 108, Gurgaon.

Out of the total investment amount, the company has spent 335 crores approx. for land acquisition and the remaining amount of 405 crores approx. will be spent on the construction of 3 projects. The company has commenced the construction of its luxurious offering ‘Beethoven’s 8’ for which, the company has made sure that all the requisite approvals have been obtained. At the same time, the company has planned to release two more projects; one in the affordable segment and the other in the commercial segment.

It is amongst the objectives of the company that whatever project they may create, be it residential or commercial, there shall be adequate green spaces and replete with various facilities so that every real estate project creates a vibrant community.

It is the company’s firm belief that once a project is complete, their responsibilities do not end at that point.
