Acquisition of Engage ESM

atosNational, January 3, 2017: Atos, a global leader in digital services, today announces the acquisition of Engage ESM, a leading provider in the enterprise-service management sector and a ServiceNow Gold Services Partner. This acquisition will enable Atos to offer enterprise and emerging customers an enhanced portfolio of cloud-based service-management solutions and further solidifies the position of Atos as Europe’s number one brand in IT and digital services. Atos is a ServiceNow Gold Sales Partner.

The transaction has been closed on December 30th 2016.
