A10 Networks, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

A10 Networks™, A10 Networks, Inc., a technology leader in application networking, today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock.  The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book runners for the proposed offering, and Pacific Crest Securities and Oppenheimer & Co. are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
