IPEM Ghaziabad Registers 100% Placement

IPEM has placed its entire 2012-14 batch against the backdrop of a protracted slowdown in the economy. The ongoing year’s final recruitment process saw the presence of more than 50 prominent recruiters with 100 offers across domains where all students of PGDM Program 2012-2014 got selected, 6 months before the Completion of the Course.

In total 57 companies from various sectors (FMCG, Retail, Bank & IT, Pharmaceutical) had visited the campus for the placements where the highest salary offered touched Rs 5.2 lakh per annum and the average CTC offered to students was Rs. 3 lakh per annum. This is a hike from last year’s Rs 4 lakh a year.

Companies like Ernst & Young, Shoppers Stop, Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, IBM India, Country Club, Micromax, NIIT, Om Logistics, Thomson Digital Press, ADI Infrastructure,ACC Concrete Parle, Bisleri, Nestle, Cadila, Shalimar Paints, Asian Paints, Pfizer, Shoppers Stop, Pantaloon, Mc Donalds, Globus etc. among the top recruiters.

A total of 120 students from a batch had opted to be placed through the institute’s campus placement process. Almost all the students out of 60 got selected by multiple recruiters.
