All inventories and the customer network will also be transferred to ThyssenKrupp Aerospace. Alimex is withdrawing completely from the aerospace sector but will continue its other areas of business.

Located in Chakan, near Pune, in the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) Phase II industrial park, the plant is the company’s first manufacturing facility in India.
