Vocalcom Organises Partner Conference in Dubai

Top-performing business partners conferred with awards

Vocalcom, a global provider of contact centre software and sales acceleration technology, has recently hosted its Partner Conference where it honoured its top-performing business partners for their efforts to address the market needs for contact centre solutions in the Middle East. The event was held after a two-day workshop organised by the company to train and assist its partners and organizations in delivering world-class products and services. The huge number of attendees demonstrates Vocalcom’s growing market penetration and expanding partner community.

During the Partner Conference, Vocalcom recognised the achievements and dedication of its partners. CELL Information Technology won for ‘Best Government Project in UAE 2014,’ while Infoline was adjudged with the ‘Best Government Project in GCC 2014.’ The ‘Best Sales 2014’ award was conferred to Information Logistics & Services (ILS) and ‘Best Growth 2014’ was given to Innovation Enterprise Solution (IES). Lastly, Dream Box was the ‘Best Cloud Partner 2014’ and HOA SAO Group bagged ‘Best Telecom Project 2014.’
