Mumbai, July 06, 2015: MISB Bocconi, the world’s only offshore presence of Università Bocconi, one of  Europe’s premier universities, started their fourth batch of Postgraduate Program (PGP) in Business. With foreign universities gaining popularity in India, MISB Bocconi has received an overwhelming response. The international exposure helps students to succeed at a local and global level as well as to grasp over cultural intricacies.

This year’s batch comprises 62% engineering students and 32% women students with an average work experience of 1.3 years. The students come from diverse backgrounds including doctors, CAs and CFAs from various top institutes like IIT, NIT, Delhi University amongst others.

PGPB is a full-time programme that brings the expertise of SDA Bocconi School of Management in delivering top class management education, combining strong Indian identity with a global perspective.

Speaking to a vibrant class of students representing 13 states, Kishore Biyani, CEO, Future Group, said that the journey is all about business and life where both converge at one point. He emphasized on design in the day to day behaviour and habits while looking at India from the younger generation’s point of view. He further added how every Indian spending in our country will lead to a 2% GDP growth.
