DAFZA & International Center of Islamic Economy introduce ‘Transformation Forum’

 

Event to feature participation of key Islamic Economy Experts and Business Personnel

                                                                                                      

UAE, September 25, 2017– The Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA) and International Center of Islamic Economy are preparing to launch the first edition of the annual Transformation Forum on November 22, 2017 at the Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre. The event will provide a stimulating environment for the development of Shar’iahcompliant products and services giving an ideal platform for supervisory bodies and financial institutions to share ideas and ways to drive transformation towards Islamic Finance.

 

The first-of-its kind event will showcase many Shar’iah products, activities and services with the participation of key figures in the Islamic Economy sector – including experts, investors, businessmen, financial institutions, government entities and agencies, trade offices from both the public and private sectors, as well as strategic partners and governmental and non-governmental institutions.

 

While National Bonds being the Gold Sponsor of the forum, 15 organizations will be exhibiting from different countries specializing in advisory and consultancy services of Islamic Finance and Economy. It will offer investors promising opportunities within the Islamic Economy, which will help diversify the national economy further by supporting the new dynamic sector in line with the strategic plan for the development of the Islamic Economy launched by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, in 2013 to enhance Dubai’s status as a global reference for Islamic Finance and Economic activity.
