Czech National Day celebrations took place at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in the presence of Czech Ambassador H.E. Milan Hovorka in partnership with PRECIOSA. The evening was graced by the Ambassadors, Diplomats, Senior Government Officials, Corporate, Media Representatives and Cultural Field, under the auspices of Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi.
PRECIOSA organised the presentation of crystal components at the Czech and the Indian jewellery fashion show.
The evening began with the Indian and Czech national anthem sung by the Indian youth choir Swar Trishna and by the Czech singers Misha Noskova and Elis Okhmanova. The Reception was officially inaugurated by the Czech Ambassador H.E. Milan Hovorka at 8:00 PM. The Reception lasted for about 2 hours after which the Czech singers Ms Misha Noskova and Elis Okhmanova performed. The guest present at the event were – Minister V.K Singh , Designer Harpreet Narula, Mr. Hassan M. Al Jawarneh ( Ambassador of Kindom of Jordan) , Mr. Ashish Saraf ( Honorary Consul of Bahamas), Dr. Norman & Dr. Shahida ( America’s 3 world Academic Foundation) Mr. Sudip Sinha , Vasinova Dlga and Vasina pavel(from Czech Embassy) and Marzena & Marc Mouton- Consul from Belgium Embassy.
Speaking about this occasion, Jiri Vojtech, Area Trade Marketing Manager said,” We are elated and honoured to get an opportunity by Czech Embassy to celebrate our partnership for the Czech Republic National Day. This year’s celebration is particularly significant as Czech celebrates the 26th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution and we had a grand time presenting our crystal components”.
